Alf and Sam
The third generation owners of the Skyliner. We may be the faces of the business but we couldn’t do it without our amazing team
Callum
Our manager Callum is a real asset to the business. He is passionate about everything he does, nothing is too much trouble for him. I don’t know what we’d do without him.
Victor
Victor is another one on the management team, also one of our fryers, having worked in kitchens most of his adult life, there’s not a lot he doesn’t know about getting the best out of the team. His home-made Yorkshire fish cakes are an absolute delight.
Jo Rose
The queen of the restaurant and our longest working member of staff, having been with us over 17 years! Jo is that good, she knows who’s coming in before they get here and has their table ready and waiting for them.
Sarah
Sarah has been with us for 14 years now, she’s a firm favourite with everybody. You can guarantee she’ll be there with cake when it’s anybody’s birthday!
Sam H
A member of both our lunch and evening teams, Sam is an all rounder, she’s our mother hen and takes the younger members of our team under her wings. Sam is a real diamond and an asset to our team.
Ellie
Ellie never stops working, she’s a real hit with customers and a valuable member of the team. Her smile is infectious, everyone loves working with Ellie
Suzie
A key member of our lunch time staff. Suzie is very versatile and can work anywhere, she’s got new role working the takeaway on a Tuesday. She’s also a huge Leeds United fan and as you can see she like a flutter on the horses.
Ella
Our Jack of all trades, Ella is one our most experienced members of staff having been here since birth!!! She’s the fourth generation of the family to be involved with Skyliner. Ella is taking a few months out since finishing a masters degree at Leeds University before heading out to pastures new.
Noah
Isabelle
Has been with us over 4 years now, she is now one of our supervisors and a hard worker who can fit in anywhere. Isabelle is studying at Leeds university. She is a real asset to our team and always goes the extra mile.
Robert (Bobby) is a fun and chatty guy and is a definite hit with his colleagues and customers alike. He’s also a future Hollywood star, already appearing in TV shows such as Ackley Bridge, Waterloo Road and Adolescence. Keep an eye out for him, he’s always available for autographs.
Dani
Sadie
Lucah is a real team favourite, and it’s easy to see why everyone loves having him around. He’s always got a smile on his face and brings a warm, friendly energy to the team. He’s currently studying health and social care at college and has interests in psychology and video games. You’ll normally find him in the restaurant, the next time you’re in make sure you say hi.
Gabi has been with us for a while now and is the older of our twins… buy a whole eight minutes! A true all rounder, she’s often found chatting away with our regulars and bringing a friendly buzz to the team. Gabi is currently studying maths, business and economics at college balancing her studies with a natural knack for connecting with people.
Maddie is the newest member of our team, bringing enthusiasm, energy, and a great sense of dedication. She’s currently studying law, criminology and English at College, with aspirations of going on to university and becoming a primary school teacher. Alongside her academic ambitions, Maddie has a real passion for dance which she has been committed to since the age of three. Whether in a studio or just enjoying the moment, she can’t imagine her life without a good boogie.
Charlie may be the shortest of the team, but what she lacks in height she more than makes up for in personality. A huge Leeds Rhinos fan, she loves heading to the games where she transforms into a full on rugby hooligan for the day!
Currently studying Criminology and Sociology at Leeds Trinity University, Charlie hopes to turn her passion for helping people into a future career making a real difference.
